Wagner
President/CEO

Founder of Beloved, Wagner is responsible for strategic direction in the areas of operations, client services, business development and finance. At the age of 17 he started his first company, an independent record label which was responsible for the development of several seminal artists during its five-year run. Additionally, Wagner was a pioneed in the online services field by creating Novus Online Services and ChatLink; paving the way for the Internet and graphics-based services like AOL. Wagner's experience, which spans over 20 years, includes digital/interactive, branding, entertainment marketing, retailtainment, experiential marketing, event marketing and promotional marketing. Prior to Beloved, he worked at such companies as Momentum Worldwide, GMR Marketing, Euro RSCG 4D Impact, Sony/BMG and TVT Records.

Always active and involved, Wagner serves as Immediate Past President of the American Advertising Federation-Orlando, Vice Chair of the American Advertising Federation-Fourth District Communications Committee and is a frequent guest speaker on experiential marketing. Classically trained at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Wagner spent 16 years in the music industry as both a recording artist and A&R executive.

When he is not working (which is rare), he enjoys singing, photography and soccer. You'll find him lifting at the gym five days a week or playing soccer.

 

Rosemary Oldendorf
Chief Creative Officer

Rosemary is a brand marketing creative with more than 15 years of experience as a commercial artist. Specializing in corporate identity and strategic branding, she has produced cross-platform marketing and advertising communications for an extensive variety of industries, including hospitality, tourism, entertainment, global enterprise design, marketing and sales promotion, real estate development enterprise portals, retail storefront and merchandising design, product research and development, and special events planning and promotion. Her diverse experience and attention to the needs of the consumer allow her to create cutting-edge, original and innovative strategically integrated marketing solutions to accurately target a market need, then define and indelibly burn the image of a brand into the minds of consumers.

A thought leader in the marketplace and a respected brand expert, Rosemary brings to life new disciplines and teams, integrating qualitative processes to deliver the greatest quality work. As Chief Creative Officer, she manages, enhances and develops Beloved’s creative offerings. Rosemary has experience in a diverse range of industries, and she is responsible for the strategic and operational management in these important markets. Managing many important, key accounts, and as a very experienced brand expert, she is always aware of the challenges and demands that tomorrow will bring to our markets and our clients.
